Yet a need exists for a multidisciplinary scientific platform that unites all interested parties and serves as a unique gathering, devoting time to in-depth Cardiovascular, Renal, Metabolic and Obesity discussions. The Conference is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest advancements, challenges, and opportunities in primary care, with a special focus on the innovative CaReMe approach.
